SHUBIN Machinery’s After-sales Guarantee is:
- Equipment installation and debugging
We provide professional installation and debugging services to ensure the equipment works properly. (We can go to your factory if necessary).
- Technical training
We provide customers with comprehensive technical training, including knowledge of equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, to help customers make full use of their equipment.
- Maintenance service
We will check online and help customers solve the problem as soon as possible. If there is a need to send accessories, we will do it immediately after troubleshooting the problem. Usually, our lasers have a two-year warranty, and other machine accessories have a one-year warranty. During the warranty period, we will send a new one for free.
- Provide spare parts
We can provide customers with spare parts for equipment to ensure timely replacement and repair of equipment parts and reduce downtime.
- Remote support
We can help customers solve equipment operation and troubleshooting problems through remote technical support and quickly respond to customer needs.
